All my reservations have disappeared when I select update details as normal, I found one of the reservation numbers and I can access them 1 at a time. Is this happened to everyone?

It seems that the Update Booking section has been changed which is nice, I am not sure I see any new features however.

I hope this does not mean I have to find all my reservation numbers and type them in each time!

This has been discussed extensively in this thread

The countdown clock on the Update Booking section is new and as you can see from the link there is speculation as to where the idea came from ;)

I have just tried to check the details of one of my flights and I cannot see the return leg, just the outbound.

Is everyone having the same problems?

Yes, I mentioned this also in the thread HL pointed out. I have just called VS FC about this and it will be due to a schedule change, our VS10 return flight has been put back by 20mins and they need to update it on the system, give them a call and they will sort it for you. I can now access all flights again through the web.

We're in the same boat, out return flight has disappeared from the system. Like with yours Neil when I insert the details for our return sector manually it just throws up the outbound leg instead! However I'm not so sure though that it's to do with a schedule change, I've checked the up to date VS timetable and our return flight from DXB is still identical dep/arr times to those on the Eticket sent last August....[:?]

Just seems odd that, even if there is a schedule change the only way to make the flight viewable on-line is to phone FC. Surely it should be down to VS to simply notify e-customers via email of the schedule change and keep your flights intact on-line?

It does all catch up with itself eventually but I think we V-flyers tend to look at the seat maps and schedules a bit more often than the average passenger and so see this happen! I had the same with ANU flights when the inbound changed times!

Like you both said - a quick call to VS or FC and they update it manually for you.

Steve - VS did try and call us twice (whilst we were at work!) and said that after the 3rd time they would of sent us an email advising of the schedule change, but as Mark said, we V-flyers are probably too on the ball with things like this.

Regarding your flight, our VS10 for June still shows up at the old time on the VS site so I would imagine your flight time has changed slightly (ours was only 20mins) and this will be the reason for it not showing, give FC a call and they will sort it for you, only took me less than 5mins.

Thanks Neil. Have phoned FC who confirmed that the timings for the return flight have indeed altered slightly. However unlike you he just said that the revised timings are still "going through" and when I asked him if he could do something to make the flight show again, he said he couldn't [n]

Hi again, I haven't changed by name - have always been Vegascrazy and always James ;) My other half (Steve) happened to join VFlyer yesterday (his handle is s-pressobean) following the bash on Sat night [y] I thought that perhaps that you'd confused me with him!
