LHR to MIA later this month - help.

Hey all,

Used Virgin for Orlando and Vegas in past couple months and I am now a fan...........but I am having trouble booking a flight for later this month.

I need to get over to Miami for 4 nights sometimes in the last 2 weeks of Feb - completely flexible when! When i check Virgin's booking system it comes up with good fares but I get the feeling you have to stay there for a week as anythin less and the flight price is $800 or something stupid........I was hoping to get a fare at there special 278 price which was emailed to me - I stress I am SO flexible.

Any ideas?? [:I]

Call them up and tell them what you are looking for. The call centre wil usually be ahead of the web site.

Nick I believe the economy fare sale ended yesterday so that will explain why the £278 is not available.

The other thing to be aware of is that you usually need to stay over a Saturday night to bring the price down.

I ask the above as I am constantly getting offers from AA but only just signed up to Virgin offers so I dont know quite as much about how they work!

Sounds like I will be taking the earlier AA flight [:(!]

VS sales aren't the easiest things to predict other than Boxing day!!

I would doubt that another sale will cover your dates unfortunately. If you wish to travel with VS I would book now as I would only expect the fare to go up if anything I'm afraid.

I maybe wrong but that is my gut feeling....

Cannot book it yet as I am waiting on something before comfirming travel.

I have 62k airmiles with AA and its 40k for a winter flight so it looks suspiciously like I will be on the AA flight.

Did someone say Virgin were changing there flight time to Miami to 9.20am?? That would be nice to know for later in the year??

LOL - what do you think..........I travel to Miami to watch 1 or 2 home games each season so I think I can get myself to London

I cannot wait!!!!! Just annoyed that its 'our' homegame and not the Giants............not fair as our home games are a tactical advantage because of playing in the south Florida heat.
