V-Flyer

This web site seemsa to have a lot of unhappy VS flyers but then it seems also to have other airlines unhappy fliers as well!
is it because people only write when they have something to complain about?
Does this give a negative feeling towards pax who have never flown VS before and have only read that web site?
Should our happy travellers post on there as well?

Yes, yes, and probably but life's too short. The results seem to be somewhat at odds with our more extensive statistics from TRs. And if you read the reports on that site, you would never fly with anyone!

Well I am not too sure, as I wrote a report on my BA flight to CAI, most of their reports sang BA praises, however the service I recieved was great, but found the bed SO uncomfortable, as I am 6ft4in. It was never posted? [:#] So I think they may manipulate it? However this may not be the case.

Yes discussion has come up before on this website, and I think it's pretty clear the editors of it pick and choose which ratings to add and which to omit in order to sway perception of one or more airlines including VS.
