The email address on the FAQ is out of date. It's now:

[email protected]
tel 0208 897 5055

and treatments can also be booked via
http://www.virgin-atlantic.com/cowshed

IIRC, at 7am when the Clubhouse opens.

Thanks,

Do they actually reply to you though? And how far ahead of the flight can you now book?

Hi Cat,

I usually book by email - I have always had a reply within 10-15 minutes of requesting a booking. Service is very good indeed...:D

Online treatment requests can be made up to eight weeks before your flight. A limited number of treatment times are available on the day of departure.

Yesterday I used the email address that razbox posted and received a reply in a like time. They've always been very good and accomodating when I've changed my mind and decided to have the ears lowered after breakfast rather than before.

Thanks, oh-knowing one. One thing that I'm unsure of is this - my flight out is at 14.30, how will I know how long to allow for a treatment (and eating, of course? Am thinking I should aim to arrive around 11.30 at the airport - is this early enough to do all the necessary rubbish before I get to the clubhouse? Apologies if this has been answered before, but haven't had any treatments before...

For a 14.30 flight, i'd book my treatment for 12.30pm. I leave an hour for the treatment, and about 40 minutes to an hour for boarding.

I'd also allow at least half an hour from arrival to Clubhouse, depending on when you travel. Fridays always seem to be really busy, some days Fast Track takes absolutely ages, its taken me 45 minutes on several occasions.

Thanks,
Sarah

Thanks Sarah, we fly on a Thursday, but I'd far sooner be there in good time!
