Is there any news on the A346 start date for the LHR-BOM route?[?]

Believe VA have had a couple of A/C there already, so will we be seeing an A346 regularly flying the route soon?[?][?][?]

Thanks

ian

Well its not scheduled to happen before the 9th April! It's still showing a 343 for my return flight on the 10th.

As long as there is a bottle of Tanqueray 10 behind the bar I'm sure it will all be 'just dandy'.

Mark.

Hopefully before we go again in November the A346 will be on the route? Would be nice but won't hold our breath!

Hope you have a good trip?

DEL and BOM are hosting an A380 which will be used to promote Kingfisher next week - 7th-10th May.

An A380 operating at BOM must surely mean that any size restrictions governing larger aircraft must now be a thing of the past with the recent work that has taken place on the taxiways at Mumbai.

The door must now be well and truly open for VS to use A346's at BOM if they now choose to do so..:D

An A346 would be a very welcome addition to the route?[^]

The amount of work going on in January was amazing, I don't think I have ever seen so many people working on taxiways and only seperated from a/c by a piece of red and white tape.[:0]

Thanks for the update.

Does anyone have any news on the A380 in Mumbai or pic's?

Is there anymore news on VS putting the A346 on the LHR-BOM route? I see there have been a few flights operated by the 346 recentley, but very well spaced.
