Where to start! I have booked a holiday with VH flying Gatwick/Orlando (10 nights) then Orlando/Atlanta change flights Atlanta/Vegas. I could not access my booking on-line so I phoned and they had a quick look and told me that I should be able to now, I then went back on, still no joy [n] after a further two calls to VH they then gave me a locator number and said that I would be able to access booking, guess what???????? still no joy [n] I telephoned VA upper class and asked if they could help, they said that the reason I could not access booking was that my internal flights with Delta were showing not confirmed, they also queried why I was booked on a 10.15 flight from Orlando then change in Atlanta to 12.45 flight to Vegas when there was a 10.30 direct flight from Orlando to Vegas, VA told me to go back to VH and explain that internal flights are showing unconfirmed. When I phoned VH they aid that there was nothing wrong showing and that everything was fine. They also said the reason I was not on a direct flight is that they do not do direct flights only VA do? What should I do, who to believe, I do not want to get to Orlando and find there is a problem with internal flights. Sorry for it being so long winded.
