Just venting spleen really.
Flew LHR-MIA-EWR-(taxi)-JFK-LHR two weeks ago. In J on VS, and F on CO.
The VS tier points and miles posted just fine, the CO didn't show up. So I wrote to customer services, (as I was advised to do on the phone) who insist I have to send my boarding card for the CO flight in.
Now I fly around four times a week, so keeping all those would fill a suitcase, the flight was booked via Virgin, I quoted the booking ref for the ticket which prooves I booked and paid...
Am I unreasonable to expect them just to manually add this on? You dont pay five grand and expect to post pieces of paper in to customer services to get the benefits you paid for.
