I have receibed on my Flying Club account 2 Premium Economy Upgrade rewards, but not yet heard anything about the companion ticket.

I migrated from the Virgin Mastercard in August, and my renewal was on the 10th April.

Has anyone else got their companion ticket yet, and if so, how was it communicated.

Last year I got the reward in the form of a letter.

Thanks

Mark

Hmm, I've spent well in excess of the £7.5K needed in the last 12 months, nothing appeared on my statement.

Waiting on a call back from MBNA.

Oops, found it, Sept last year I qualified for it. Thats a problem, I'll need to use it soon. I thought they usually posted it at anniversary, not halfway through the year.

That's caertainly how it used to be, though when we all switched to the AmEx, MBNA decided to sent out the companion vouchers as soon as you hit the required spend, not on your anniversary date. I dont think i'll use mine this year.

Thanks,
Sarah

Called Virgin, I have to book something by the 7th Sep. I will get a companion ticket free, but cannot use the upgrade vouchers with the companion ticket, so I can buy a Y, L or M ticket, get a matching one, upgrade myself to Economy but not the companion one.
