Waiting for my Card

Hi all,
I clicked over to Silver status after my last flight at the end of May and have been waiting patiently for the requisite "bumph" to plonk through my letterbox these last few weeks.
Now I'm aware that there's usually a wait on the new card and such to arrive, but at what point would it warrant a call to Virgin? It'll be 8 weeks by the end of this week which I would have thought is beginning to push it on the amount of time you'd reasonably expect them to require?

Hi Randalf,
I moved up to Silver at the end of June. I received my card about a week ago, so it only took them about three weeks.
I'm aware that they have recently done some "work" on upgrading the fullfillment process for new cards to improve the turn around time.
Perhaps this warrants a call?

Hi,
Without going into too much detail, the process has been updated in regards to fulfillment, as it could take up to 8 weeks for a pack to be fulfilled depending on when the member reached the 15TP requirement as there is a cut-off date for the details to go to the 3rd-party that makes the cards for VS.
In your instance, I would suggest a call to FC SUpport and ask them to investigate as you should have had your card by now.
Thanks,
Richard

Thinking on, does anyone have the "best" number to call?

As your actually Silver Status and I assume you have your silver FC number from the website, why not try calling FC Silver

Its probably not sensible to post the number on the forum, but if you need it, PM me and I'll get back to you ASAP.

The numbers are public domain in the back of the rewards guide

Little reminder though, not a clever idea to call the number from a different tier above. So if you are red/silver, please don't try phoning Gold.
Good job the 'other' number is not on the back of the guide!

Thanks,
Richard
