Does anyone else get hacked with the replies from VS customer service? They are obviously from India (even with the name on the bottom giving it away) and follow the format of them basically repeating what you have put in your original email and then they add a bit on the end so it looks like they have put some thought and effort in to it.

I have just had a email back about our cancelled flight last month, it does not actually answer any of the specific questions raised and it is so frustrating that after waiting 18 days for a reply this is what I get[n]

Surely VS can not be proud of this sort of customer service, I think it is shocking and really poor, I wish I hadn't wasted an hour of my time writing a factual letter complaining now.

The last 3 e-mails I have sent to them have taken a long time before I get a reply 2weeks +

The replies have all asked me to send them a letter with my question! [n]

Neil, I wouldn't waste more time corresponding with the call centre, just bundle up your copy correspondence and forward it to SRB's office with a short covering note. I recollect from other threads that replies from SRB's office on the whole tend to be more meaningful.

A couple of years ago I had a terrible time after booking a trip through VH and then not being able to make a minor alteration, the team in India ended up messing up everything. Had it not been for a friend of mine in premier team who got someone in UK VH to help, I really don't know what we would have ended up doing!

Good luck,
James
