Cant access Select Seat Online for LAX

Hi all,

I am trying to assign my seats for a trip to LAX from LHR in September and for the last two weeks the system has told me that I am not able to do this and that seats will be assigned at checkin.

Why is this? I am flying back from SFO and I can choose these seats and a few months ago when I booked the flights originally I was able to view the seats to LAX.

It either means that the pre-bookable seats have now already been reserved, or that something has changed with your flight (aircraft type / departure time).

If you call VS, they can confirm which one of these it is.
