Well, he launched Virgin Charter some time ago.

This company provides private jets to those who can afford them, so I suppose he is still using his own company to fly.

I heard it from a number of crew members last week, they said there were adverts on the Virgin intranet for crew.

The other general view was that SRB did not live in the UK anymore.

Well, if you had enough money and international influence to live anywhere in the world, would YOU live in the UK? ;)[:w]

I wish I didn't live here. I wish I lived there. But it's harder than hell to get a job (a decent one) in the UK unless you have hell's own truck with customs, IR, etc., or a huge corporation behind the move.

It seems SRB now has his own private jet and is not flying VA very often any more.

Perhaps it went along these lines...
(one of Bransons PA's) "Sir I have you booked on VS001 for tomorrow in Upper Class"

(Richard Branson) "WHAAAT! you expect ME to eat the awful food that is served up in Upper Class!! and as for those rubbish Ameinity kits!
get me a private plane NOW"
