Not even a month in and already a bird strike!
Posted: 04 Sep 2007, 04:25According to this A.net thread a VX aircraft was forced to execute an emergency landing at SFO after encountering birds shortly after taking off. It seems the aircraft sustained some damage to the cockpit and to one of the engines. If so it wouldn't be very good for ops.
