VS Web site - statement options

Is anyone else not able to get any statement period other than the default?

If I select 6 months or 1 year I appear to just get a month.

yep--having same experience--seem to be some website challenges!

Yes, this isn't just an issue with the US site either.

The UK site seems to have glitches when you choose anything other than the default 10 transactions. [n]

All it shows me in the 30 days, 6 months and 1 year options is my future redemptions - no earnings at all, though I suspect this could be because my last redemption is 10 months away. [?]

Try manually changing the Selection=x in the url to 4 to get everything - this still seems to work. Might even work on US site.

Thanks for that FamilyMan. I just tried it and it showed all my transactions from 2002 until the present.
