Yup, every time.

Just use the link here [y]

(Bear in mind that corporate rentals only give 500 miles, all others are 1,000)

Hi preiffer

How long does it usually take to have the miles credited to your account?

Thanks [y]

I have always had my miles within a week of filling in the claim form for Hertz. Avis on the other hand takes months..

Hi GreboDB

When you completed the form online, did you receive an email or anything confirming your entitlement to the miles or did you just complete the form and wait. I completed the form online and submitted but I never got an email confirming my entitlement. Do you think I should give them a bell or just wait and hope.

Cheers [y]

Hi

I claim them on behalf of my husband as he doesn't have regular access to a PC. They will normally email you to confirm the miles are going into your account or to say they don't recognise the details.

In the past I have received this normally within 3/4 days of applying, however at the moment I have claimed a hire from back in July on 3 occasions and haven't yet received anything from them yet, will need to get my husband to give them a call to chase them.

Hi all

Apart from ringing Hertz direct, which IÕve already done, are there any other avenues I can follow to have these miles credited to my account.
Really bugs me [}:)] that you have to chase these people up for what is rightly yours.

Cheers
