I had a really nice call from a VH rep in Orlando last night to check everything was OK and to see if I had any questions. This was a new experiance for me and I felt a really good one from a Customer Service perspective.

Top marks Virgin Holidays.

As an aside I asked her about our tickets, as they may not arrive (see earlier thread)before we go with the postal strike. She said that they have been told by Customer Services to advise customers to rearrange tickets to be delivered to the airport if they haven't arrived 3 days before departure.

Miopyk you can also call VH to send them by courier if you prefer but they will charge you £7.50 for the privelege.

I've picked up VH tickets from LGW before and it's no problem, they did tell me they would only be there on the day of departure but as I was staying at the Hilton the night before I enquiried and they did have them. That was a couple of years ago though.
