V-Flyer

Hi

I want to get elevate points from my VX flight back in September, on their website it gives you a US telephone number to contact them but being UK based I would rather not call.

Does anybody know of an email address where I could email details of my flight and booking number? I've emailed an address for web enquiries but have never received a reply.

It's on the Elevate page ... says it's for suggestions but I'd try it and see?

I couldn't find a good e-mail address for you, Lesley. But if you send me the information by PM I'll do my best to get it to VX for you.
