W are all style no substance, well at least the Times Sq one. I had to move rooms four times in a stay earlier in the year.

Interesting. We stayed there in March and it was great, only issue was the outside noise from TImes Sq itself.

Booked into a cool corner room.
First room had a constant knocking from the ceiling, second room the DVD player didn't work, then I had to move into the wrong type of room (downgrade not upgrade) before finally the next night getting what I wanted. Rooms were a bit shabby and very small, even for NYC.
