Urgent Help from a HKG Resident

I think my credentials are fairly well known, not on this sub forum, but within Flyertalk and VFlyer as a whole, I think more than a few know me and woulnt expect me to do anything dubious. I require the assistance of a HKG resident to purchase some RTW tickets.
I have put together 2 rtw tickets for myself and my better half ex HKG. Sadly VS are not allowing ticketing unless I and my other half arrive 7 days prior to our first leg. This is a contradiction to all that was said before I started putting together the trip and assoicated bookings such as hotels (new year in SYD) and trip through Vietnam.
Anyway to cut a long story short, would any HKG resident be prepared to purchase on my and Emma's behalf, our tickets, and have them delivered to your address, I would of course payyourself, in any number of ways, easiest of all and incuring no fees being to reinburse your creditcard directly. I would of course ensure all other expenses were taken care off.
