Umm... [:?]
It worries me even more that an employee of the airline refers to their CEO (Chief Executive Officer - the guy who essentially RUNS the company) as "one of the many managers at VS, no idea exactly what he does apart from being paid way too much" [ii]
Was that not covered during training? [:0]

I think you are totally missing the point. You obviously have no clue what a CEO, COO, CFO is or does etc. BTW, it is actually Steve Ridgway.
More so, the point that was being made was that as members of staff 'do not wash dirty laundry in public'. By you and certain other crew posting negative stuff here on V-Flyer, PpRUNE and on cabincrew.com it has a very negative effect on customers and their perception of the airline. I've seen your posts here and over on cabincrew.com (under your other alias) and I can see what you were trying to achieve and I think you don't quite get it about full circle and bigger picture; if you are leaving like you say you are, why do you give a toss, or are you simply using it as an excuse to stir?
Of course the management have been reading what has been posted on the sites for a very long time, they aren't stupid.
I think there is a bit in your contracts about representing your company at all times. If I went to a public forum and started publically slating or whinging about my company I wouldn't be employed by that company for very long.
And to answer your last paragraph, I'll think you find we as customers are listened to. I can count several tiems where my feedback has been used or seriously taken on board - it's about being constructive and reasonable.
