V-Flyer

For those who have been travelling on Virgin for a few years, you may have experienced the outstanding service of Claire Nissum at the SFO Clubhouse. Unfortunately outsourcing cut her position a while ago - but I am now delighted to report, Claire is back a few days a week, and on shift today for the V-Flyer Clubhouse gathering.

Claire sends her love to all V-Flyers, and is looking forward to seeing everyone as they get a chance to got through SFO again.

My first meeting with Claire was long before v-flyer was born. That day she was actually on UC check-in and Aer John if an 18 year old friend who had brought us to the airport could come into the Clubhouse for half an hour just to chat, promising to go if it got busy. Claire's response was that it would depend on the Clubhouse manager and that she was normally there but was covering check-in that day. We were told to say that Claire had sent us. Open Sesame!!

Now if only we could have Luz back as well.

claire is the nicest lady I think I've ever met... she's a real credit to VA

Hopefully she will be working tomorrow for my return flight. Must ask if todays passengers on VS20 were well behaved[:w]

Good news, she has been sorely missed! Echo HL on Luz too.

I'm apparently one of the few who has not had the pleasure of knowing Claire. Will certainly look forward to meeting her.

Just had a chat with Claire and showed her the picture taken with Iain.
She said she was "over the moon to meet everyone yesterday":D

If anyone is travelling through SFO Claire will only be working on Mon,Tue & Wed.
