Shocking[:0]

I thought the funniest BA pax quote was:
quote:
To paraphrase Bill Bryson "I would rather be taken into a wood and have bowel surgery performed with a blunt stick" than travel BA. On the bright side we will at least for a while, be spared those awful smug TV adverts fronted by PJ O'Rorke.
Dale Archer, Newport, Shropshire

BA simply must do better they are a massive carrier and people will simply not deal with apauling service like that.

This time of year is when airlines should be raking it in..the september slowdown isn't far away.

I hope no v-flyers were affected by this farce

In an effort to improve the situation BA have announced that they are cancelling almost 1,000 flights over the next three months.

quote:Both short and long haul destinations will be hit, but BA said only "high frequency" routes would be affected.
