Have seen Performance Monitoring mentioned in a couple of previous posts. Can VS staff (or anyone) explain what this is?

every flight the FSM will complete PM on the CSS and the relevant CSS will do PM on the Y and J crew.

Promotion is now done on your PM scores.

You get assesed on several competencies and the results are fed into a computer which tracks your progress.

The results should see Lazy crew go and then all VS crew will be the best!
