Well, I tried to book in the Cowshed tomorrow (collagen eye treatment if you must know - it's an age thing [ii] ) and a mail came back saying that there is no bookable time left all day tomorrow [:0]!

What happened - popularity ... cuts ... eeek that's not happened before, anyone else having trouble booking?

I think you may have left booking that one a little late...

Sorry

I'm booked in for 10am today... but then I did book it a couple of months ago.

I have always got my first choice of time but, as others have said, early booking may make the big difference. I suppose this is okay unless you book last minute. [:I]

We made appointments the afternoon before we flew last week. But then upon getting to the CH it was very quiet all morning.

I usually book late - guess I've been lucky. Thing is, sitting in the CH now and it's quiet ...

Thanks Nick - I missed that. The journey was great, the work not so. Flights were very good and no sign of any industrial trouble, also you may have seen my comments about the new Upper / Au security channel - A1 fantastic.

Had Jonathan Rhys-Meyers on the return flight and very pleased to say that although he is very handsome, he was shorter than me [}:)] - and I had read that he was 'my way inclined' at least on the gossip blogs ([:w][:I]) but he was very 'comfortable' with a young lady!

I rang the CH at 9pm looking to book a haircut for the following day...nothing available for the full time I was there.

Popped over to the desk on the day when I arrived and they slotted me in fine. It's always worth checking on the day, they can often slot you in for something, if not your desired first treatment.

And if all else fails, just have a soak in the Jacuzzi [:D]

I tried to get a slot for last Monday morning by contacting them around the Wednesday or Thursday of the week before (late flight booking) and they were full. I don't usually have trouble booking for a Monday morning, which I always assume is a busy period, but I'm usually able to book at least a week in advance. They did say I should check in on the day, but in the end I was working and didn't have time for a treatment anyway.

All of which is reminding me to get a facial booked up for my trip a month today... :-)
