Trying to get a receipt for ticket change costs

I have been trying to get a receipt for the $200 I paid to change my recent flight ticket. I have emailed both the UK and US customer services and asked in a phone call - still no joy! [V] All I am after is an email receipt as you get when you book a flight. Does anyone have any other ideas how I might get some sort of response from Virgin???? I need the receipt to claim the money back from my company!

This is not the first time I have not got a reply from the customer services - is it me or is there actually no-one there?? [:(]

Just to let you know - I finally got my receipt today after asking for it on the 5th Dec. Not great turnaround time but at least I got a reply.

Thanks

aks120 - sounds like you had a result in the end, although I agree not a great turnaround time.

Also looks like your original question didn't get much response on V-Flyer either - apologies for that! I can only assume it got lost amongst the pre-Christmas posts.

Pete - thanks for your reply - to be honest I wasn't expecting much in the way of replies - not much folks can do. Although a little part of me thinks that my posting meant I finally fot the email I wanted so maybe just posting 'moved' it along. I guess you never know who is reading [:D]

Thanks - AKS120

aks I sympathize - the same once happened to me for a flight booked from India that VS couldn't issue an eticket for nor a receipt and it was a business expense, no receipt for four+ weeks and therefore delayed expense claim because according to VS its processed by the snail people. Unfortunately this seems to be normal poor service but glad you got yours.
