Cowshed, appointment confirmation

Hi,
I will be having my first experience of the LHR CH in February.
My partner and i would like to take advantage of the treatments offered at the Cowshed, so i sent a request (10 days ago) via the VS website for 2 appointments. I have not heard anything back from them telling me if those appointment times are available/booked for me.
Is this normal and will they contact me closer to the time, or should i contact them incase my request has been mislaid?
Any help would be appreciated.

I'd contact them again - they're normally much quicker than that!

Mine normally come through in < 2 hours, so I'd say 10 days would indicate they've missed it or there's been a problem.

Just managed to book an appointment for my GF (via her FC log in), but when trying to make an appointment for my self I get a page stating -
'Unfortunately there were some errors with some of your details, please re-check the fields marked with an asterisk.'
....but nothing below it, and definately not asterix!
Any ideas?
(ps I have checked and checked my details and they're fine, and have even tinkered with times / treatment choices)

No promise it will work, but here's my idea:
Clear your cookies, reboot, and try again, after logging into your own account. I've seen this happen when I've been trying to make three reservations at one time; the reboot after clearing cookies/cache and running CleanUp always has worked for me. In the past. Touch wood...
A friendly reminder: since you've had trouble with this so far, I always recommend you print both confirmation emails once you have them, and take them with you, just in case they 'can't find' them upon your arrival.
Good luck, and enjoy your treatment!

The Virgin site's non-clearing of a session on log-out is highly dodgy. Last week my other half was making some changes to his upcoming flight, and after he'd logged out I went to check in online for my flight and discovered details of his flight showing under my log in. That's shoddy by any standards.
