Hi, I have 6 flights booked with Virgin Holidays, (due to internal and connecting flights) 2 of the flights are with Virgin Atlantic.

I can't access update my booking on the VA website due to the number of flights on my booking, will I still be able to do online check in?

Also will Flying club beable to update my booking for me and add API, Flying club number, seat selections etc?

Thanks[:)]

Claire

Do you have the VS PNR for your 2 VS flights [:?] If not, get this from either VS or V Hols (VS might be easier, they will just need to know your surname, flight number and date of travel), then you should be able to just access your VS flights part of the booking.

Even when you make a V Hols booking using VS flights, a 6 digit VS PNR is still generated (just like you get when you book with VS directly), although you wont come across it on tickets or paperwork unless you specifically ask for it.

I could only use my VS PNR to access my booking and check-in for my recent Dubai holiday booked by V Hols with VS flights (due to a fault when V Hols upgraded their system last year and VS PNR's weren't linked properly to V Hols bookings)

If you still cant access your booking online, there is a menu option to give VS your API data when calling your Flying Club number.
