limo with miles

I have managed to get two outbound G fares to Miami, very pleased about it. I was wondering is it possible to buy a limo from miami airport to our hotel in key west with miles, its seems like a long way for a limo trip and although I am itching to ring and ask if I can buy one with 12500miles I don't want to come accross as a cheapskate.

Any address in Florida

Mrs Buns & I have recently used the service out of MIA and it was the nicest Lincoln Towncar we have experienced in a long time.

Umm... Could be COMPLETELY wrong, but I *thought* the reward limo could only be used from certain counties in the UK.

I don't believe the reward applies to any destination/address outside of England... [:?]

Does anyone know if I can get the limo service to pick me up from the West Midlands on a reward booking. The t&c state only the home counties, is there any way I can pay more???

Our recent CDC in Florida was with miles - when I booked there was no question about distance.

Used miles for a CDC from Solihull (B94) - no problem both ways - very smooth.

Ah, when was this though?

The radius was severely restricted quite recently, as well as having the rate increased from 10,000 to 12,500. They're pretty strict on it now...

Great stuff - have you done this before? Guessing not here are a few tips

- the ride can take as much as 3 to 4 hrs and in part it is boring (highway stretches south of Miami) and part fabulous, e.g. seven mile bridge, take a camera and stop where you want
- that said I've done the AA connection from MIA to EYW and by the time you've done the rigmarole etc it can be the same or more depending on schedules
- there are strict speed limitations for a lot of the route to protect wild life and if you get stuck behind a car and boat on the single lane stretches that contributes to the journey time
- there are plenty of places to have a pit stop, pee before you leave too :-)
- assuming you are heading for the old town Key West area, it's fab but have the street address may be a Google map print out to help the driver

Despite the journey time I think it's by far the best way to go.

it is a long trip down to the Keys in the car, but once you get out of Miami and down towards the keys its beautiful, some really nice places to stop to eat as well in various keys, right by the sea/ocean, truly beautiful

Egg I'm sure they'd stop for you to get a drink or a bathroom stop - he did when we had a reward limo from Miami up to Orlando although they did have a supply of water for us.

I know you intend to spend the second part of your holiday in Orlando, don't forget if you can only get the inbound with miles from MIA to LHR again, you can book another limo for that trip too.
