missing miles

Apologies if this is a really stupid question, but before i add to the already hefty waiting queue on VS phone lines does anyone know why i have just found this upon checking my miles statement:

31 Dec 2007 Check in completed online. 0 0

Why is there no miles?

You should see 2 transactions for the OLCI bonus miles. This is what is on my account:

01 Jan 2008 Online Check In Bonus Miles. 250 0
01 Jan 2008 Check in completed online. 0 0
