VS allows US/UK cardholders non-US/UK online book

VS now allows travelers to use US or UK credit cards to buy a ticket online departing from most any destination.

Still people departing from Nigeria, China (Shanghai only) and India wanting to use US/UK credit card will be unable.

Works well, yet lacks the remainder of the the countries in the world; including Ireland. [:(!] Why must VS hate on HoneyLamb? [:?]

Thanks Ben - this is a very sensible and useful move on VS's part and not before time. I know the issue with India is a legal one, it's still very restrictive about bringing money in and out of the country and needs ID with many payments ... about time that changed too though.

Erm, the topic was posted here but I'm going to keep this open as the origianl one was kinda buried in the Card forum.

I don't know why VS dislikes me so much. They take enough of my cash off me. [:#]

It's not that they don't like HL, it's just a simple mistake..having gone through DUB on many occasions I thought I was in some third world country [:0]

Yes, I do it all the time otherwise I wouldn't be able to fly VS except via a travel agent
