For anyone who is interested, and have Dave TV, they are currently repeating BBC's Airport, this included the episodes where they follow 2 VS cabin crew from start to finish.

On the downside, I've just remembered how very iritating Jeremy Spake is!!

Seems strange now when Jeremy asks if people want smoking or non smoking seats. [:D]

Does he still work for VS? What is his job?

He never worked for AS, AFAIK. He was with Aeroflot but left on the back of his 'fame' to become a TV celeb.

A google search reveals he did work for them, but left. [?]

I was pretty certain he never worked for VS, and can't see anything concrete on Google. Like Darren said he was Aeroflot when he was on airline but no longer works in the industry.

I must say I do love watching old repeats of these programs and have seen them SO many times, my fav was always the Air Canada guy Kelvin who was so camp and OTT, and the woman from the Royal Suite.

Think Jeremy worked for VS after his TV fame, it was commented on here.

Kelvin was funny. That horrible 'personal shopper' always grated so. The royal suite lady was soooooo obsequious.

My favourite was Stuart King, animal control. Woot!!!

What a shock that isn't mentioned on his website. I am loving the JS Consulting part, I wonder if he is now helping BA on lost baggage issues[}:)]

Slightly o/t from JS, but a colleague recently sent me a link to a website of a consultant I shared an office with when working on a huge HR system. Most famous for getting the coffees in and spending time cultivating relationships with young women, his website suggested he not only ran the whole HR project, but had advised governments and companies, developed new ways of thinking about business and was bringing about world peace.

Well, I made the last bit up, but if anything it made me more cynical than ever about the reality that lurks behind warm words and fancy dan graphics.

He no longer works for Virgin.

Jeremy was with the company for a few months in which time he helped change a number of ways the Pax service agents worked at LHR.

Never mind him!!! What about the fantastic and wonderful fact that Dave TV shows all the WRC rallies!

We'd sit through hours of Jeremy 'Euronics' Spake just to see Monsier Loab belt the most incredible cars through the most amazing terrain in a way that defies belief.
