Why is HKG VS201 departing 01:00am?

For last few days as well as tonights flight (Thurs 27 Mar) and tomorrows flight (28 Mar) the VS201 is departing HKG to LHR at 01:00am local time.

Any reason for this?
I checked and the incoming Sydney flight on Tuesday and Wed arrived on time and tonight is still arriving at 22:00.

The reason is most likely because of the clock changes. I think HKG has changed their clocks already and the UK doesnt change theirs until this weekend, and as the flight cannot land before 5am then they will have to delay it.

I thought that was case but HK does not change clocks at all and UK BST change is not until this coming Sunday.
The 1:00am departure has been happening since at least Tuesday 25th this week.
My agent advises me that its due to operational reasons (That is what Virgin have loaded into the reservation system.)
Just seems strange that so many flights affected but nothing on VS website.
Anyway am hoping my 15th month old son sleeps ok else all of us in 'J' class are in for an even longer night!

Yeah that is a bit pants esp when ur traveling with a baby etc.. Fingers crossed its sorted for the 15th!
