Have just got off the phone after getting a quote for a tailored package with VH. I have to say that aside from the initial 5 minute wait to reach an advisor, I got very good service, even with my faffing about with this / that option. [y]
Hope to book it tomorrow once domestic clearance is received..

Ah, no, not the direct number but she did pass on her extension number. Would it be too cynical to think this might be to do with ensuring they get credited with the sale?[:w]
