LHR Clubhouse and QC3's

Today I was looking to make some appointments with the Cowshed at LHR and got distracted into reading the Spring Clubhouse menu.
Scrolling down, I found this,
'Massage your ears.......i you can't fly without some, you can order a pair on from the concierge'

I have never heard of this service before. I am travelling on one flight with two friends who do not own QC3's, they are in Upper also. Is there a charge for the loan of the QC3's or will the concierge arrange some that you then buy ?
