I just read in Australian Gourmet Traveller magazine, April 2008 edition, that based on square footage, PE generates more revenue than UC, according to VS's Margie Vary.

Apparently most PE pax are 50 plus high-end lesisure travellers who can't stand flying economy any more and have the wedge to do something about it.

[:?] Hmmm.... I feel some affinity with that statement (it's the 'wedge' bit, that causes the problem)

Well I feel like at this point, PE is more of an interesting product than UC. Now that the IFBTs have been removed, and that more carriers are adopting VS's style of seat, PE is the new 'revolutionary' product. I can't really see any other PE product that compares.

It's just nice to be in a seat in PE which stops my head from falling all over the place.

Now, if only they cleaned away trays quicker I'd be happy.
