Apologies if this is on the wrong forum - I can't seem to post anywhere else.

Can someone please advise will there be a significant difference in the VS3116 Continental flight as opposed to a Virgin flight. The price difference is 150 which seems an awful lot. Do the Continental flights have a similar entertainment program, seat-back screens, seat pitch. I have tried to search for this through various ways but can't seem to find anything?
Thanks

I'm not really too sure what CO offer, but it isn't a VS service or product. It will be dependant on what a/c is on the flight (normally either B777/B752). Try the CO website http://www.continental.com that may offer more on what they have to offer on board.

A pretty major difference.

The route is operated by Continental with a Virgin Atlantic Codeshare. Everyone you come into contact with will be CO staff.

The aircraft used on the route is a 757. Although on some routes CO operate either the 777 or 767-200. All seats on the 757 have AVOD in Business and old school TVs in the aisle in Y. But according to a.net in 2007 CO released a statement saying that all seats would have AVOD by the end of 2007.

Like willd said, quite different. No seatbacks yet on 757s, I think, but my favorite part is this - well, are you grateful you can use your own headset for free? [:0]

I don't think the fares are usually different it may there was better availability on the continental flight.
