A346 Seating query

In Premium Economy is row 19 windowless??

Basically, Yes. It does have a 1 window but it is right next to the Row 18 seat back so you can't really see out of it. All the other PE seats have 2 windows and I would go for row 20 if you want a window.

MIA is usually operated by a A346, so yes this will apply to these flights.

Yup you will have to lean really forward to see out of the window from row 19. Also don't sit too far back in the PE section either otherwise you will be next to the toilets.
