General Limo Question

I`m new on this board so be gentle please. Back in June, I did a RTW with MH and VS in business/upper class from SYD. The experience was unbelievable. Now, as I was in my Limo from Maidstone, Kent to LHR, the driver told me that VS picks people up anywhere in the UK to take them to their flight. Now, I thought they had a 50 mile radius limit. Maidstone is clearly outside the 50 mile limit, yet they still provided the limo for me. Does anyone know the true rule?
