Oh how dare they, VX is a US airline, how dare they limit it to US residents, I am writing to SRB to demand an explanation on this, VX is 'part' of the Virgin empire and as a UK resident I think it is only right that I be allowed to enter this and I don't care that I get UK only deals that exclude people in the US, that's their problem not mine.
