I am looking to fly to NRT in January, do you know if this low-season time is likely to be part of an autumn VS sale? Is it usually?

There is usually a sale for travel during January that starts in the Autumn and is repeatd post-Christmas. I dont recall seeing Tokyo there very often, though with the current climate you never know.
