Continental Flyer Miles on VA

This might sound like a stupid question, bear with me. I see from the fare codes listed here that on Z fares you get 200% of the miles flown. Does this apply to Continental as well? I'd rather get miles on my continental account, because I've got close to enough for what I'm aiming for. But if I'll only get actual miles flown, or something, I'll use my Flying Club number instead.

If it is a codeshare flight you may want to see what the CO website is pricing it out at and what sort of mileage you get for it going through CO.

200% through CO but the flight is already booked.
