Hi all,
anyone got recent experience or advice around how to deal with liquids and baby food when flying out of T3 (via the Virgin Security Channel) and out of Mia.
There seems to be lot of conflicting info!
I short we'll soon be traveling PE with our 5 month old baby, sterilised bottles, formula milk powder, Aptimil cartons, sterilised water.
Any help on all of the above and shared recent experiences on how to do it from a seasoned traveller would be most helpful.
thanks
Andrew

Thought I'd update this topic having now experienced both LHR and MIA security.
LHR was were quite specific and all cartons of Aptimil had to be opened or discarded. 1 x was decanted into a sterile bottle, after tasting. This was all amde a little easier by the brilliant UC T3 check in!
Thankfully Boots had ample stocks so we repurchased for the flight and onward journey.
MIA was as hectic as ever - but much more relaxed ref liquids and baby food. Everything went onto a grey tray thru the x ray with no tasting or problems.
If only check in had been as straight forward - see my other post.
