Checking passenger loads

Hello,
I was just wandering if there is a way of finding out what the passenger loads are like, in each class, BEFORE you book a ticket. I would like to know how full a particular plane is.
Many thanks
crizzy

If you give us the dates/routes several members here are members at ExpertFlyer and will generally help out with one off lookups.

They are the ticket class codes. They basically define which class you are in on-board (Eco, PE and Upper), what fare bucket ti came from and other things like your mileage earnings.

James covered that one, both PE and Upper are wide open both ways. Which fare code are you on?

D? Can you tell me exactly how many seats are available in each class. I guess wide open means loads? I haven't booked yet.

Expertflyer only shows up to 7 seats per bucket.

You are not able to see the exact numbers of seats sold. You can see seat maps with allocated seats but not everyone will select a seat at the time of booking.

You've also not got long to book as D fares come with a 7 day advance purchase rule so need to be booked at least 7 days in advance. After that only the full J fares will be available which will cost you another ~£1600 or so.
