V-Flyer

Just booked my first VS flight of my new membership year and loved some of the new features on the web site. My favourite was probably the fact that I was trying to book a PE return to EWR and the website came back with a K and a Z helpfully explaining that they'd upgraded me because the cheapest seat in the next class up was cheaper than the available seats in the class I'd asked for. Talk about transparency.

I had an email from them a couple of days ago (which I forgot to post about and have since deleted) but it took me to a survey about vs.com .

The main thing they seemed to be leaning towards was showing the bucket types, i.e would I be inclined to us vs.com if I could pick the bucket type directly.

Interesting that I got this email only a couple of days before going live.
