I have written to Virgin regarding some I had issues with my flights in September and was promised a reply, but to no avail. I have also been waiting for my membership pack, but again to no avail. Anyone know who I can get in contact with or are Virgin in the stage of 'they don't care anymore' presently? If so I would think that this is the wrong time to be having an attitude with passengers! Any help would be appreciated. I have tried the main web page, but the link to the complaints dept is not working!

Feedback is usually handled by Customer Relations, alternatively have you tried calling the Silver FC line?

I would write a letter to SRB Office, this usually gets the most personal and prompt reply in my experiences. Address as per the VS website.

Did you use any of the contact details I sent you by PM?[?]

Hi as the previous poster asked, i to am having a nightmare even getting the complaints dept to answer my complaint. They ignored all contact at first and didn't even follow company procedure to acknowledge receipt. Now they have at last contacted me (after i posted on the VA facebook page) but won't even entertain discussion relating to compensation. (not gonna go into the complaint and waste your time)

Can anyone point me in the direction of who to contact at VA who would be above customer realtions dept and might be able to at least help sort the prolem out?

thanks in advance.

Welcome to V-Flyer.

Writing to Sir Richard Branson's office is usually a good way to get complaints addressed, but to be honest - if your complaint was forwarded by Reena on the facebook site to someone with the power to act on it - this is also usually a very good way of getting it sorted. People have had some good results this way, even though the facebook pages haven't been running long.

Without knowing the nature of your issues, it is impossible to say whether or not Virgin will compensate you. They used to hand out Flying Club points by the thousand for any minor issue, but seem (quite rightly IMHO) to have tightened up recently.

Having said that if your issues are worth pursuing, then you have all sorts different types of legal action at your disposal.
