No hairdressing options at Revivals. The facial is allways good though. Appointments are limited in number and you may have a(sometimes lengthy) wait.

Have to admit I never really have a treatment at Revivals, unless your one of the first to get there when it opens in my experience its a loooong wait for a treatment. I'd much rather shower, coffee and get off on home.

Well on my visit I had coffee, shower, glass of fizz, facial, wet shave, more fizz, breakfast, more fizz...

Revivals is wonderful.

I love it and have never had any issue getting a treatment - or two ! Unlike the LHR Clubhouse where I am still get to have one (after over 25 flights !)

Revivals is a real bonus (and the staff are first class) when arriving early at LHR. We've never had a problem in accessing a treatment and I agree that the facial is a good choice. Other options are wet shave, head & neck massage, manicure & nail paints.

I also agree the staff at revivals are 1st class - however getting a treatment (if you don't want to hang about for 2 + hours) is a bit hit and miss in my experience. That said a shower, shave and change of clothes after getting off a 11 hour flight (especially up the back) is most welcome

I presume you are leaving it to the day of departure to try and get a reservation?

Always been able to get a treatment at both LGW and LHR, but I do book in advance (could be a couple of months to a few days before).

No - I always try to book when I book my ticket which is usually a few days to a couple of weeks prior and zilch luck. The worst ever was when I was flying a few months back and I met another v-flyer who cancelled her plus one other treatment but I was still told by reception that they were unable to offer any more treatmants for that flight ! So I am still a LHR tretment virgin after many, many UC flights this year.
