I got the letter this morning, and my first thought was that in these difficult economic times, Virgin could have thought of better ways to spend their money. [n]
I got a timetable through the post a couple of weeks ago as well. [?]

Must admit that my first reaction was 'what a waste of money'.
Liked the timetable though

Yeah I got it too and my thoughts where the same. What a waste of money and resources.
Just a shame VS dont offer the same level of response or put as much effort into dealing with complaints.

I've said before that VS should concentrate on why it's better rather than all this corporate huff and puff about BA/AA. Such a waste of management time and money ...
Oh, since there are two of us in this house with VS FC membership and one with Flying Company we had three letters and three timetables ...

Will it soon be 'No way BA/AA/QF/IB' and no room on the side of the aircraft for a VS logo[:D]

My first thought was 'why are they sending me these things to my UK address?' I had an issue with VS regarding credit card spend miles being posted b/c of a discrepancy in addresses (my VS Amex is a US card with a US address). I had to change my FC address to my US address. I renewed AU and my renewal pack went to the US. So now I wonder why they send things like this letter and the timetable to me at my UK address. MrStars, who has dropped to Ag status and never changed his FC address has not received either of these mailings. Odd.
