They aren't issued as a matter of course on day flights, but can be supplied if you ask for them.

Ask early though, as supplies are very limited, and in this environment of cutbacks, I don't think VS are likely to increase the number carried in the near future.

I, like many others, prefer to take my own set of cotton PJ's to wear. Much more comfortable and no static either.
