V-Flyer

Just tried to check my booking on the Virgin site as I have done before. However, now I am getting the following message when I try to log in to my reservation for flights to Jamiaca.

'We're sorry, we cannot retrieve your booking due to a change in the scheduled flight times.'

Changes to Montego Bay Flights ? Anyone know whats happening? Only change I would like is the option of Vport !

Whenever I got this message in the past I was also asked to confirm that I had read the message and then I was able to proceed as usual. The changes themselves were only about 5 or 10 minutes (but there have been some significant changes such as those to the SFO and MIA flights) but this was a way of ensuring that you had seen the message

The flight has now been resched to after 11 am departing from LGW I think - I get the same message when I tried to look at my booking yesterday but I think it will sort its self out once VH update their system (they still show original times)

I think that the new flight times may have something to do with the added flights for summer 2009 (3rd Orlando flight) because on virgins website the Montego Bay flights are scheduled to leave at:

LGW - MBJ: 1245/1635
MBJ - LGW: 1905/0955

I've found that quite often VH dont alter their flight times at all. My VS39/40 flights booked via VH in a week or so are still showing the old times (departing LHR 11:15) on the VH website and on my VH issued e-ticket.

The VS website and my VS booking does show the correct departure times (departing LHR 11:00)

The ORD departure time change came into effect several months ago now.
