I'm flying out of Gatwick in a few weeks, does anyone have any idea of the current set up for boarding the upper cabin?

having braved the queue jumping at Heathrow and the predicted tutting (which I find highly entertaining after a couple of glasses of champagne...), it would be good to see this whole process managed better at Gatwick, but i'm not holding my breath!!

It's the best entertainment even without the champagne! [:p]

The advice from DragonLady is spot on[y][y]

As departure gates can vary and combined with the issue of all the flights leaving in the morning, there can often be a bit of a scrum.

If the departure is from the satellite terminal (Gates 31 - 38) there is a sign that is used, but do expect the tutting and by the time you arrive from the Clubhouse it is far from clear where any separate line might be.

Trust me the Clubhouse is the best place to be
